Rawalpora Patwari in vigilance net
Srinagar, Feb 7: A team of Vigilance department Tuesday arrested Assadullah Baba (Patwari Halqa Ralwalpora Srinagar) son of Ghulam Mohi-u-din of Chadoura and his conduit Shakeel Ahmad Itoo son of Muhammad Ismail of Majeed Bagh Hyderpora while allegedly demanding and accepting a bribe amount of Rs 5,000, an official handout said.
“The action was taken after a complaint lodged by one Niyaz Ahmad Dar son of Late Abdul Samad Dar of Parbagh Rawalpora in a written complaint alleging that the said official demanded a bribe from him. On the receipt of this complaint case FIR was registered and investigation taken up.”
