Mufti condoles demise

Jammu/Srinagar, Jan 22: People’s Democratic Party patron, and former Chief Minister, Mufti Muhammad Sayeed has condoled the demise of Shehnaz Begum, daughter of veteran politician, Mian Bashir and sister of Minister for Forests and Environment, Mian Altaf Ahmad.
 Shehnaz Begum passed away here in a road accident on Friday.
 Mufti Muhammad Sayeed visited the residence of Mian Bashir and expressed sympathy with members of the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
 Meanwhile, the employees of Forest Divisional office Chitarnar Bandipora have condoled the demise of the sister of Minister for Forest and Environment, Mian Altaf.
  According to these employees, a condolence meeting was held with Divisional Forest officer Bandipora, Muhammad Maqbool Rather in chair. The participants expressed sympathies with Mian Altaf and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
