Power project

The suggestions by Er. Manzoor Ahmad Wani in his write up "Getting back Power Projects Post" (GK 20 Jan 2011) are worth appreciation. I think the authorities need to consider them. Although it is not so easy to get back these power projects from big guns like NHPC, but it is all the more difficult to run these power projects in the absence of our own trained manpower and resources in the post transfer scenario. Things have to be planned well in advance and executed to make this dream a success.
