Unfortunate laws

Government’s decision to bring 42 more services under JKPSGA is a good step towards development but a bad joke when the same proves less
beneficial for the public at large. CM's on spot approval for four
services including issuance of copy of FIR, verification report from
CID, character verification report from CID & issuance of MGNREGA Card
is a good news for media to publish but the question is will the orders work in a corrupt system like ours.
