Customers demand JK Bank calendars
GK NEWS NETWORK
Srinagar, Jan 28: Customers of JK Bank today complained that its branch heads don’t issue bank calendars to the account holders. A delegation of customers told Greater Kashmir that although the bank has announced through media that calendars will be available at its branches from January, “the branch heads decline to issue the calendars.”
“We requested branch head Barzullah to give us the calendars but he rudely declined without assigning any reason,” alleged a delegation member. However, a branch head wishing not to be named told Greater Kashmir that the top management of the Bank had put them in an odd situation. “Although the corporate office announced that calendars will be available at the branches, we have yet to receive the calendars. So we have to face the ire of the customers who genuinely demand calendars.”
Meanwhile, the delegation appealed to chairman JK Bank to direct branch heads to issue calendars to the account holders.
