STaRT-2012: Stage-I results declared

Srinagar, Jan 30: Keenly contested and awaited, Resonance has announced the Results for Stage-I examination of STaRT 2012.
A huge participation was recorded from 552 districts and 35 states and union territories of India in the examination.
More than 70,000 students & 500 schools appeared for Stage I examinations conducted on various dates in December 2011, in offline & online mode, Resonance said in a statement.
The test-takers were students from classes VI to XII with career orientation towards engineering, medical, commerce studies & others. Approximately 13% of those who appeared are selected for Stage II. All students, who have scored 50% and above, have been selected for Stage II. Meanwhile, the Resonance has made available the scanned ORS (Optical Response Sheet) of all the participants and Answer keys of test papers of Stage-I on STaRT’s official website www.resostart.in for students to verify their own results.
