CRC Bemina hosts Braille Day function

Srinagar, Jan 4: Composite Regional Centre Bemina on Wednesday organized Braille Day at CRC Srinagar in which more than 100 students, including visually impaired participated.
 Speaking on the occasion, Director CRC stated that the education “is the only tool to empower differently abled people especially visually impaired.”
