Woman’s death

Kupwara, July 16 : The District Magistrate, Kupwara has nominated the Additional District Magistrate, Kupwara, R K Bhat as inquiry officer into the death case of a pregnant woman Khalida, daughter of Muhammad Ashiq Khan, of Tikker, Kupwara who died during operation in the Sub District Hospital Kupwara on July 13, 2012.
 The Chief Medical Officer, Kupwara and Medical Superintendent , Handwara have been directed to depute gynaecologist, Dr Fareeda Khan and Surgeon, District Hospital Handwara, Dr Noor-ud-Din for assisting the inquiry officer in the said death case.
 The District Magistrate has ordered the inquiry officer to furnish his report within one month to his office for further necessary action.
