Advocate Ranbir wins Khalsa elections

Srinagar, July 17: Advocate Ranbir Singh Bali Tuesday won the presidential election of Khalsa Education Society by defeating his contender Jagdish Singh Azad by seven votes.
 While Ranbir Singh got 45 votes, Jagdish Singh got 38 votes losing by a close margin out of which his three votes were cancelled, a handout said.
