Headmaster alleges victimization by officials

Budgam: Headmaster of Government Middle School Wathoora Budgam has alleged that officials of the Chief Education Officer Budgam are victimizing her for unknown reasons.
The headmaster, Aaliya Nazir, said the Chief Education Office sent her a show cause notice under letter no CEOB/MW/Exp/12/9599-9601 DATED June 30, 2012.
“Whereas you have been appointed as superintendent in examination centre located at HSS Wathoora to conduct fair examinations, while unfair means are prevalent in your exam centre as per reports. Whereas you have allowed one RET, Nazir Ahmad, GMS Wathoora unauthorisedly inside examination centre and thereby encouraging unfair means,” the letter reads.
“Whereas you have completely neglected your duty as the superintendent of the examination centre and thereby encouraging menace of mass copying,” the letter further states.
The headmaster claims that she was never appointed as Superintendent at Higher Secondary School Wathoora.
“Frivolous allegations have been leveled against me. I was never appointed as superintendent or ever allowed the RET teacher Nazir Ahmad, to attend exam duty at HSS Wathoora. The officials who tarnished my image must be punished. I am mulling to take legal action against the accused. I also appeal the BOSE Chairman and Director School Education to look into the matter,” Aaliya said.
When contacted the Chief Education Officer (CEO) Budgam, Nazir Ahmad, said that he will look into the matter.
“After ascertaining the details, I will issue corrigendum to the show cause notice. Let the concerned headmaster contact me,” the CEO said.
