Kashmiris harassed

Why is Jammu & Kashmir Government not thinking about the safety of Kashmiris who study or work outside the state? In the last few months there have been reports of harassment of Kashmiri youth in different parts of India. In U.P two innocent Kashmiri students were arrested by ATS of U.P police, and another student was found hanging in Lucknow. In Andhra Pradesh a Kashmiri youth was recently killed. Recently another incident took place in Haryana where Kashmiri youth were harassed. No corner of India is safe for Kashmiris.
