Sakina inaugurates sports stadium at Boh
Boh (Kulgam) July 17: Minister for Social Welfare Sakina Itoo inaugurated a sports stadium here today.
The stadium is being constructed at a cost of Rs 20 lakhs including Rs 5 lakhs on protection bund, Rs.10 lakh on earth and GSB filling, while Rs 5 lakhs on the construction of main drain and irrigation channel, on which the construction works is in progress.
Sakina said that the bridge on Boh Nallah, which will come up at a cost of Rs.769 lakhs, will connect Boh with D K Marg.
The minister said that Khul-Gujjarbast road is coming up. "Model Village Khul has been been developed at a cost of Rs.1.20 crores with all the latest facilities including common facility centre, rural information centre, children park, play field ,lanes and drains, edge walls and crossings etc."
On the occasion, District Development Commissioner, Kulgam, Jahangir Mir, and other district officers were present at the function.
