Dog attacks

This refers to the news about more stray dogs attacks in the valley. It is very sad to see more people falling prey to the dog bites on a daily basis. It seems that the state government is not serious about tackling the growing problem of the dog bite cases. The concerned authorities should look in to the matter on priority basis.
