Mushtaq-ul-Islam booked under PSA

Srinagar, July 22: Authorities have detained the Chairman of Muslim League  Mushtaq-ul-Islam under Public Safety Act (PSA).
“Immediately after your release, you reached Batamaloo near Ziyarat Sharief and instigated a large gathering to assemble at the spot and while addressing the gathering you refereed to the recent fire incident of Ziyarat Dastageer Sahab (RA) Khanayar Srinagar. You delivered a highly provocative speech and there was a credible of breach of peace on the spot,” the dossier prepared by police reads.
