Peoples Conference appoints office bearers
Srinagar, July 22: Peoples’ Conference Chairman, Sajad Lone, released a list of senior office bearers and functionaries of the party.
In a statement a spokesman of PC said Sajad “reposed his faith in ability and commitment of these leaders to bring about a paradigm change in the political system of the State.”
Sajad appointed advocate Sheikh Bashir Ali as the senior vice chairman of the party while Bhushan Lal Pandita and Muhammad Kamal Malik as vice chairmen respectively.
Rashid Mehmood and advocate Abdul Rashid Lone were appointed as general secretaries for the party. On the occasion, the Chairman also released a list of district presidents of the party for North and Central Kashmir.
The district presidents included Tanveer Dar for Bandipora, Asif Lone, for Baramulla, Firdous Farash for Budgam, Junaid Azim Mattu for Srinagar, Advocate Bashir Ahmed Dar for Kupwara and Fayaz Alam for Ganderbal respectively.
Congratulating the leaders, Sajad impressed upon them to work earnestly for the welfare of the people and make PC’s dream of change a reality.
