SKCC beat Islamia College by 11 runs
FAZIIL KANTH MEMORIAL T20 TOURNAMENT
Srinagar, July 30: In the ongoing J&K Cricket Association (JKCA) Fazil Kanth Memorial T20 Cricket Tournament, two matches were played at Islamia College ground here on Monday.
In the first match, SKCC defeated Islamia College by 11 runs. Batting first, SKCC scored 144 runs for the loss of six wickets in allotted overs. Javed Tiploo with 57 was highest scorer for them while as Yawar and Ubaid took two wickets each for Islamia College.
In reply, Islamia College were able to score onloy 133 runs for the loss of nine wickets in allotted overs. Shahid with 24 was highest scorer for them while as Iqbal took three wickets for SKCC.
In the second match, Al-Ghazali CC defeated Mars CC 42 runs. Batting first, Al-Ghazali scored 193 runs. Umer with 75 and Tariq with 32 was highest scorer for them while as Sameer took four wickets for Mars.
In reply, Mars CC were bundled out for 141 runs. Shabir with 49 was highest scorer for them while as Imtiyaz took five wickets for Al-Ghazali.
