Traffic jams
This refers to the increasing traffic jams on the major leading roads of the valley. These jammed up situations arising at the peak hours from dawn to dusk are finally cleared and let through by the army personnel deployed on the convoys (although after inconvenience of hours together). And the local policemen, if at that time happen to be on the spot, enjoy counting the number of vehicles and ironically verifying about the price of new models. This puts a question mark on the capability of our police. Why our traffic policing does not improve despite having enough potential and capability.
