Northern Army Commander briefs Governor

Srinagar, July 7: Lt Gen K T Parnaik, Northern Army Commander, called on N N Vohra, Governor, at Raj Bhavan here this evening.
 During their hour long meeting, the Northern Army Commander briefed the Governor about various matters relating to security management, particularly in the context of the ongoing Amarnath Yatra and certain militant incidents in the past days.
 Lt. Gen. Om Prakash, Corps Commander, 15 Corps, was present during the meeting, a statement said.
