Water supply to remain affected

Srinagar, July 8: According to Executive Engineer, Water Works Division, Srinagar , Shafaat Ahmed Qadeemi water supply to some City areas will remain affected due to repairs and replacement of pipe lines near Zaina Kadal. He said the water supply for Zaina Kadal, Gurgari Mohalla, Nawab Bazar, Urdu Bazar, Kalamdanpora, Habba Kadal, Dal Hassanyar,
Kani Kadal, Zaindar Mohalla, Karan Nagar and other areas would remain affected from July 9 to July 10.
“The consumers of the areas are advised to store the drinking water before the repairs of the concerned pipelines.
In case of shortage of water, please contact the departmental Phone Nos. 2452047 and 2477207,” Qadeemi added.
