Rafi appointed advisor in Education Department

Srinagar, June 9: The government has appointed the former deputy commissioner, Budgam, Muhammad Rafi as advisor in the department of school education.
Dr Rafi will be tasked to aid and advice in helping secure more effective implementation of elementary education in the state with particular reference to Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan.
Rafi has had a creditable contribution in his earlier eight years’ stint during which he held certain important positions including additional secretary education, director libraries research, SPD SSA and director school education, Kashmir.
