1 dies,7 injured in Kupwara road mishap
Srinagar: One person died and seven others were injured in a road accident in Kupwara on Tuesday, reports said.
“A Tata Sumo (JK09-7726) was on its way from Machil to Kupwara when its lost control over the vehicle and fell into a deep gorge of around 200ft at Z Gali Mountain, causing death of one passenger on the spot and injuring seven others,” the reports said.
The injured were rushed to Srinagar’s SMHS hospital in a critical condition, reports said.
