Hurriyat (M) set-up riddled with feudal mindset: Inqilabi
Asks Salahuddin to start diplomatic efforts
GK NEWS NETWORK
Srinagar, June 12: Describing the Hurriyat Conference (M) set-up as something “riddled with feudal mindset”, the chief patron of Jammu Kashmir Mahaz-e-Azadi (MeA) Muhammad Azam Inqilabi Tuesday asked the United Jihad Council chief Syed Salah-ud-Din to start diplomatic efforts to make New Delhi understand that ‘its policy of furthering procrastination and status-quo on Kashmir is fraught with dangerous consequences’.
“Unity of thought and vision among pro-freedom leadership is necessary. As long as Hurriyat Conference (M) set-up is riddled with feudal mindset and doesn’t get in line with Islamic guidance of Shora system, Syed Salah-ud-Din’s UJC will continue its political and diplomatic efforts,” said Inqilabi in a statement today.
MeA patron said he has been stressing for peaceful, honourable and practicable solution to Kashmir issue which he said is encompassed in his “3-D Freedom Formula”.
“The first point of this formula is Demilitarization. On both sides of ceasefire line India and Pakistan should withdraw their forces from areas which are in line of action of Mujahedeen,” he said, adding that the second point of this formula is “Demolition of LoC”. “This would allow Kashmir to get united and enable Kashmiris to travel without any restrictions.”
“The last point in this formula is Democratic Verdict. Then in United Kashmir a democratic parliament be installed under the aegis of either UNO or OIC,” he said. “This Parliament in accordance with the principle of right to self-determination will announce the democratic verdict, whether Kashmiris want to remain Independent or want to have an administrative relation with either India or Pakistan.”
He said: “This is the spirit of UN resolutions on Kashmir and this is how pledges of Pt. Nehru will get fulfilled.”
