Relaxing norms
This refers to the recent decision of government to relax norms for the NRHM doctors. Besides a number of relaxations, the government has also decided to increase the perks of these doctors which should be appreciated. This policy should be beneficial for the healthcare of the poor people living in far flung areas. The funds for the said scheme should be properly utilised. In order to make the health sector of J&K state more efficient, government should also make attractive policies for Kashmiri doctors who are working outside the state so that they can come back to Kashmir to help their own people. It is also the moral responsibility of government to solve all the problems of health sector on priority basis.
