Out of 300, five selected for AIFF Academy
Srinagar, June 13: The three-day All India Football Federation (AIFF) selection trials concluded with the selection of five players for main trials to be held in New Delhi.
In the three day trials, 300 players who had born in 1997-98 participated. Out of them only five were selected from Kashmir province for the main selection to be held in New Delhi for AIFF regional academies.
From AIF, Anurag was the selector while from J&K Football Association, the selection was done by A.M Kakroo, Intikhab Alam, Zahoor Lone and Ab. Rashid.
The selectees are: Nazakat of Police Line, Bemina, Muhammad Asrar Rehbar of Sanat Nagar, Basit of Pampore, Yasir of Rambagh and Zahid Ayoub of Lasjan.
