CRPF constable commits suicide
Srinagar, June 14: A Central Reserve Police Force personnel Thursday committed suicide, police said.
Police said Santosh Kumar of 61 Battalion of CRPF committed suicide at Battalion Headquarter at Rose Colony Shivpora by shooting himself with his service rifle. “He was rushed to SMHS Srinagar where doctors declared him brought dead,” police said.
Police said that initial inquiry revealed that he was wanted by UP police in a criminal case.
