Fill vacancies

This refers to the statement of Omar Abdullah that NHPC is not fair with Jammu and Kashmir. But in State Power Development Corporation hundreds of vacancies lie vacant. In NHPC hundreds of engineers are running a single project, but in JKSPDC only few engineers run various projects. When the Corporation gave the approval to the government for the engagement of 60-80 Mechanical Engineers on priority basis, the government reduced it to only 20, saying that the government has no funds for these vacancies. But the same Corporation is showing hundreds of crores as annual profits. Then how can there be development and Hydro Power Generation in the state for which the Conference is being held.
