Struggling medicos

Thousands of qualified medical graduates and postgraduates have already crossed age limit or are at the verge of being over-age. And many have been forced to move out of the state. How does government expect these medicos to set up their self-generating units? Half of their age is spent in becoming doctors, and then they have to wait for the job till they get over-age. The government is spending millions in training these doctors in GMCs and GDCs, and afterwards they have to struggle for jobs.
