CSNGEU seeks CM’s intervention

Employees’ Strike

Srinagar, June 15: An emergency meeting of Civil Secretariat Non-Gazetted Employees Union (CSNGEU) was held under the chairmanship of Rauf Ahmad, President, CSNGEU, to discuss the prevailing situation arising due to non implementation of the agreement made between Government and the representatives of the employees. The president CSNGEU strongly condemned the police action against the employees who were peacefully protesting for resolution of their long pending demands.
 The President impressed upon on all the employees to be united for upcoming struggle for early resolution of all pending issues and ahs appealed the Chief Minister to personally intervene into the matter so that confrontation is avoided and all the issues are settled amicably across the table.
