KFCCJ thrashes DSC by 36 runs

Doda, June 15: King Fisher Cricket Club Jammu (KFCCJ) thrashed Doda Sports Club (DSC) Club by 36 runs to advance in the semi finals of the ongoing All India 8th Gufran Memorial T-20 Cricket Championship 2012 being played at Sports Stadium Doda.
Earlier after winning the toss, King Fisher Cricket Club Jammu (KFCCJ) scored a total of 177 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in their stipulated 20 overs. Manish Dogra played a fine knock of 56 runs in 29 balls with the help of 4 six and 03 fours to the fence while Ashu contributed 39 runs for the team. From DSC, Noushair Butt bowled fine bowling and clinched 5 wickets in 4 overs by giving 22 runs in his spell while Fazal Tak and Nasir Dev shared 1 wicket each.
In reply, Doda Sports Club (DSC) could not chase down the target and was bundled out 141 runs in 18.4 overs. Kartik and Muzamil Tak scored 33 and 23 runs whereas from KFCCJ, Rohit and Parveen Singh shared 3 wickets while Manish Dogra took 1 wicket.
