Release our salary:Docs to health minister

Srinagar, June 17: The doctors and paramedics who have been appointed in Health department under New Pension Scheme (NPS) have complained about repeated inordinate delay in the release of their salary.
A delegation told Greater Kashmir that the Health department is not releasing the salary on time as their PRAN budget is not being regularly released. “Our salary is released by the department at least after three months due to which we are immense hardships,” the medicos and paramedics told Greater Kashmir.
They said the Health department has set a wrong precedence. “We fail to understand as to why the Department is not taking concrete measures to redress the issue at an earliest,”
Even the doctors, paramedics and other staffers working under NRHM have demanded immediate release of their salaries.
They sought the intervention of Health Minister and Commissioner Secretary Health in this regard.
