Panchayat member from Kashmir becomes CJ this week

Srinagar, June 1: This week on The Citizen Journalist Show on CNN-IBN, Shahnawaz Sultan, a panchayat member from Repar village in Kashmir, “exposes the inability of the J&K government to transfer power to village panchayats.”
