Baramulla plan pegged at Rs. 125 cr

Baramulla, June 19: The District Development Board meeting held under the Chairmanship of Minister for Public Enterprises Peerzada Muhammad Syeed here today approved Rs. 125 crores plan outlay for the District for 2012-13. This includes capital component of Rs. 70.53 crores and revenue component of Rs. 54.38 crore.
 The meeting also revised physical and financial achievements of last year district plan and action plan taken to implement decisions of earlier District Board meeting.
 Appreciating the efforts of the district Administration for utilizing 96% of the enable funds, Syeed asked the officers to perform their duties with dedication so that funds approved for current fiscal are utilized in full and development scenario of the district improves. He said the officers should consult local MLAs while drawing up plan so that demands from all sections and areas are accommodated equitably.
 The Meeting was attended by MLA Pattan, Moulvi Iftkhar Hussain Ansari, Syed Basharat Bukhari, Muhammad Ashraf Gani and heads of various departments. The members listed number of demands on the occasion.
