Poshu Bazaz’s death anniversary observed

Srinagar, June 19: Jammu Kashmir Democratic Forum on Tuesday observed the eight death anniversary of Poshu Bazaz, son of Forum president Bushan Bazaz, simultaneously at Delhi, Jammu and Srinagar.
 The Forum, at a meeting held here with its vice-president Reshma Wazir in chair, paid glowing tributes to late Poshu Bazaz. The Forum prayed for peace to the departed soul and expressed solidarity with his family.
 Poshu was killed by some unidentified gunmen in Toronto, Canada on June 19, 2004. The Canadian police have so far failed to nab his killers.
 The Forum has reiterated its demand that the Canadian government should order a judicial probe into the incident to bring the killers to justice.
