Traffic mess

This refers to the traffic mess seen everywhere in the valley. The number of private vehicles is increasing, due to which road accidents are on the rise. Also the pedestrians do not follow the basic traffic rules. And the army convoys add to the traffic mess and pose a threat to the lives of pedestrians. Installing traffic signals in summer capital will by no means solve the mess created by convoys, rash driving and frequent traffic jams.
