Mughal Road
Please refer to your story "Mughal Road to become alternative power corridor". In that news story repeatedly the Kilo Volt has been wrongly written as Kilo Watt. The transmission lines are rated for the voltage at which the electric current is transmitted which at high power applications is typically at 400 Kilo Volt (or 400000 Volt). Though the highest voltage can even go into order of several Mega Volt (MV), example is that of 1.15 MV (1150000 Volts) on Powerline Ekibastuz-Kokshetau (Kazakhstan). Sending electric power at high voltage makes sense as the involved current becomes lesser and thereby more power can be sent over the given conductor size (cross section of the transmission line) and hence saving the costs.
