PDD responsible

This refers to the news report, “Pay or face darkness”. We are seeing arkness since 1947 in all fields in spite of huge sacrifices. We lost our parents and suffered financially and physically, but achieved nothing. The PDD department is responsible for the misuse of power. It is unfortunate that the 1975 accord could not restore even our snatched water resources in spite of great sacrifices offered by people since 1953.  Karnataka is not giving water to Tamil Nadu in spite of Supreme Court directions, but the rupture of natural resources by the centre in Kashmir was always encouraged. After 1975 the subsidy given to the people of Srinagar was highlighted while the issue of misuse of our natural resources by the centre was buried. The working of electric department needs close monitoring.
