Lok Adalat held at Saddar Court

Srinagar, June 25:  A Lok Adalt was Monday held at Saddar Court Complex Srinagar under the chairmanship of Principal and District Sessions Judge Srinagar, Kaneez Fatima.
  236 cases were settled amicably while 500 case were taken up for hearing out of which 236 were settled through mediation and conciliation among the parties.
 In Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT) cases, Rs 12.50 lakhs were awarded to the claimants who were found genuine.
