Tanishq announces top 10 winners

Srinagar, June 25: In a first of its kind co-creation activity, Tanishq, India’s largest and most preferred jewellery brand, has announced the top 10 winners of its crowd sourcing campaign ‘My Expression.’
The seven-month campaign, which began in December, received an overwhelming response with 3228 design ideas from across the country, the company in a statement from Bangalore said.
The top designs were selected through a voting process that received more than 40,000 votes from across the country, it said.
Having passed the final jury selection round, the top 10 contestants have become the proud winners of a cash prize of Rs1 lakh each.
This apart, they have also won an opportunity to co-create the next Mia collection in collaboration with the Tanishq design team in Bangalore.
The 10 designs will be unveiled as part of the next Mia collection launch scheduled for later this year.
Speaking on the occasion, C K Venkataraman, COO, Tanishq, said, “At Tanishq, we believe in constant innovation and seek various ways to engage with our consumers. Design lies at the core of jewellery. The ‘My Expression’ campaign is a medium where design and creativity merge with excellence.”
