M Y Tarigami grieved over Yattoo’s demise
Srinagar, June 26: State Secretary CPI (M) and MLA Kulagam, M Y Tarigami has expressed his profound grief and shock over the demise of a noted Kissan leader Ghulam Nabi Yattoo of Shopian who passed away yesterday evening after a brief illness.
In a condolence message, Tarigami described Yattoo a “selfless social activist who throughout his life worked for the welfare and uplift of peasant’s community.”
“Yattoo was a true Kissan leader who was always concerned for the cause of farming community,” Tarigami said, expressing sympathies with the bereaved family.
Tarigami has also prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.
