Bar foreign educational institutions: CPI-M

New Delhi, June 1: The CPI-M Saturday asked the government not to allow foreign educational institutions into India.
 The Communist Party of India-Marxist said Human Resource Development Minister Kapil Sibal was trying to achieve this bypassing parliament ahead of his visit to the US.
