Devastating fire

The devastating fire at Dastageer Sahib (RA) shrine not only destroyed its heritage building but also left a deep scar on our history that we could not protect these structures. But one fails to understand why champions of Hartals called for the hartal and Mufti Bashir-ud-din called for Khanyar Chalo. This Hartal is against whom?. Instead people should have been called to gather at Khanyar to offer five time prayers and clean what is left of this shrine.
