Fill posts
This refers to the rising unemployment rate in our state. In J&K state around six lakh youth are jobless. More than 1 lakh posts (both gazetted and non-gazetted) continue to lie vacant. It is unfortunate that the state government is not filling up vacant posts to provide some relief to at least 1 lakh unemployed youth. Also, the government should enhance the induction age of an employee from 37 to 39 years.
