Noumani delivers lecture on role of women
Srinagar, June 5: Renowned religious scholar Moulana Sajad Noumani Tuesday delivered a lecture on “role of women in society” at Kothibagh Girls Higher Secondary School here.
Noumani stressed on the role of women in making a better society. He referred to historical facts on how women can guide the society towards betterment.
Noumani was speaking on the topic ‘Role of women in creating a peaceful society’.
The Chairman of Nigeen Lake Conservation Organization, Manzoor Ahmed Wagnoo thanked the Director School Education, management and students of the Kothibagh school for making the programme successful.
Later, Noumani delivered a lecture on responsibilities of youth towards society at Masjid Wazir Khan at Bhagat here. Noumani emphasized on the responsibilities of the youth in creating a corruption free society and understanding the importance of purifying their soul and studying science in the light of Qu’ran.
