SMS ban

State and Centre governments are claiming to have restored normalcy in Kashmir, but the ban on SMS service for prepaid mobile service is yet to be lifted in the valley. It has been two years now since the ban was imposed. Why is CM silent on this unjustified ban? It seems that both the service providers and the authorities of our state are getting their cut from the centre for being silent on this unjustified ban.
