Inter faculty sports week concludes at Baramulla
Baramulla, June 6: Inter faculty sports week organized by Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agriculture Sciences and Technology of Kashmir concluded on Tuesday at Faculty of Agriculture Wadura on Wednesday.
Five football and six volleyball teams including 26 girl students from different faculties participated in the events. The sports week was inaugurated by Director, Resident Instruction, Prof. Badural Hassan, Dean FOA Wadura, Prof. Mushtaq Ahmad and Students Welfare Officer of SKUAST-K was also present.
Director Research Deans from faculty of Fisheries, Veterinary Sciences, Forestry and Agriculture also attended the grand finale where all the final matches were played.
Vice Chancellor, Dr. Tej Pratap, Registrar, Prof. FA. Zaki and Director Sports, Jaspal Singh tossed the games. Sub District Magistrate, Sopore, Dr. Syed Hanif Balhki was Guest of Honour.
