KU Inter-Deptt Football tourney kicks off
Srinagar, June 7: The Kashmir University Inter Department football tournament kicked off at Kashmir University ground here on Thursday.
On the inaugural day, three matches were played. In the first match, Deptt of Physical Education thrashed Dept of Statistics by 6-0. In next match, M SC IT defeated Sociology by 3 goals while in the last match of the day, Deptt of Pharmacy defeated Deptt of Law by 2-1. The Tournament is being conducted by Deptt of Physical Education and Sports and under the supervision of international football coach, Sajid Yousuf Dar.
