Discriminatory policy

This refers to the objections raised by union Home Ministry over mobile roaming and VoIP. The same ministry wastes no time in implementing AFSPA in Kashmir. Entire India will be benefited by the new telecom policy, but a poor Kashmiri has to suffer on this count too. After the ban on sending text messages, now we cannot get the benefit of 'one nation one number policy'.
