600 landlines dead in Raj Bagh
Srinagar, Mar 13: Over 600 landlines in Raj Bagh and its adjoining areas have been rendered non-functional due to damage to the main line by drainage works allegedly by UEED.
BSNL officials said the landlines are not functioning in Raj Bagh, Wazir Bagh and Engineer Complex at Raj Bagh. The affected subscribers said they had to face immense inconvenience due to snapping of their landlines.
Meanwhile, BSNL has started works to restore the landlines at the earliest.
