Medicos appeal Union Health Minister
Srinagar, Mar 1: Medicos from Kashmir Thursday appealed the Union Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad to speed up the process of Medical Council of India (MCI) registration for them, which according to them has became a lengthy process for Kashmiri doctors.
A delegation of candidates told Greater Kashmir they had applied for MCI registration six months back. “But we haven’t received any reply from the council till now that wasted lot of our time and left us in lurch,” they said.
The aggrieved candidates also demanded the opening of separate office in the J&K for their convenience.
