Tuition centers

This refers to the article 'Be Responsible' by Rafiqi Sumaira. I myself being a student find it very difficult to cope with timelines given by tuition centers. During winters they don't even have heating facilities even after charing us Rs. 1000 per subject. Some rooms don't even have glasses. A student finds it hard to write as he is busy rubbing his hands.
